Covid-19 Response – Estate Re-opening Notice

Dear Residents,

The Estate Management team continues to work hard to minimize the risk of the spread of Covid-19 within the Estate while ensuring operations continue to be carried out efficiently and safely for our residents.

Upon accessing the latest Covid-19 situation, the Estate Management team has decided that with effect from 10th September, we will be partially re-opening the Estate.

• Visitors: all visitors must undergo temperature screening at the entry point and must request visitor cards from estate security team.

• Estate operations: all services will be back to regular operation with security, sanitation, housekeeping, landscaping, utilities, maintenance, and customer services complying to strict safety measures.)

• The construction teams will continue and all laborers will need to register and request for labor cards issued by the Estate Management.

• Please be informed that AK gate (gate next to condo G) and GCC gate (gate behind the Estate Management office) will still be closed.

The following restrictions remain in place.

• Facilities: Country Club - swimming pool, gym, spa, salon, and tennis court are open with Covid-19 protocol rules, regulations, and safety precautions.

• Restaurants - Open for dine-in/out. (Oasis remains closed but beverages service is available at the pool)

• Awei Metta Hotel will be opened for hotel guests and residents.

• The Golf course will open for residents and members.

• Country stores will be opened for residents with safety precautions.

• Events in the Estate will still not be allowed.

• Everyone to maintain social distancing of at least 1 meter when indoor at the Estate facilities.

• Everyone to follow mandatory face mask wearing within the estate.

• Anyone who has covid symptoms or has tested positive must self-isolate at home and seek medical advice.

The Estates team will continue to monitor any directives and advice from MOHS and the relevant government authorities. We will continue to try minimise any disruptions to our service.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေနှင့် ယခု လက်ရှိအချိန်တွင် COVID-19 နှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍တိုးတက်ပြောင်းလဲလာသော အခြေအနေများ အပေါ်မူတည်၍ ပန်းလှိုင်ဂေါက်ကွင်းအိမ်ရာအား၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၀ ရက် (သောကြာနေ့) မှစတင်၍ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်း ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်မှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အသိပေးပြောကြားလိုပါသည်။

• ဧည့်သည်များအနေဖြင့် အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းဝင်ရောက်ပါက အပူချိန်တိုင်းခြင်း ၊ ဧည့်ဝင်ခွင့်ကဒ်ပြားကို ဝင်ပေါက်တွင် လုံခြုံရေးအဖွဲ့ ထံမှပြုလုပ်၍ ဝင်ရောက်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• ပန်းမန်ဥယျာဥ်အလှဆင်ခြင်း အိမ်သန့်ရှင်းရေး လုံခြုံရေး နှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ကို (ကျန်းမာရေး စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများအတိုင်း တိကျစွာလိုက်နာ၍) ပုံမှန်အတိုင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

• ကန်ထရိုက်တာများအနေနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် ပန်းလှိုင်အိမ်ရာ၏ စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်း ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ကို ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• Condo G ဘေးမှ ဂိတ်ဖြစ်သော AK ဂိတ် နှင့် အိမ်ရာစီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးရုံး အနောက်ဘက်ရှိဂိတ်ဖြစ်သော GCC ဂိတ် များကို ဆက်လက် ပိတ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့်နေရာများအား အောက်တွင်ဖော်ပြပေးထားပါသည်။

• Country Club (ရေကူးကန်၊ အားကစားခန်းမ၊ တင်းနစ်ကွင်းများ၊ Spa နှင့် ဆံပင်ညှပ်ဆိုင်) ကို ကျန်းမာရေး စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• စားသောက်ဆိုင်များဆက်လက်ဝန်​ဆောင်မှုပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ပန်းလှိုင်ဂေါက်ကွင်းအိမ်ရာအနေနှင့် အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများ၏ ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးမှုရှိစေရန်အလို့ငှာ MOHS နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်ရှိသူများ ၏ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များအတိုင်း လုပ်ကိုင် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး လိုအပ်ချက်အနည်းဆုံး နှင့် အကောင်းဆုံးသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ပေးနိုင်ရန်လည်းအစဉ်တစိုက်ကြိုးစားသွားပါမည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို လေးစားစွာဖြင့် အသိပေးပန်ကြားလိုပါသည်။
