Dulwich College Yangon provides a modern British independent school education. Whilst Dulwich College Yangon is a new school, we draw on over 400 years of experience in education. Our founding school, Dulwich College in London, one of the UK’s oldest independent schools, was founded in 1619. This heritage provides expertise, resources and a rigorous set of academic standards to which we adhere.
Dulwich College Yangon will offer state-of-the-art educational facilities across two campuses in Yangon: Pun Hlaing campus will provide pre-school to Middle School (2 to 13 years of age); and Star City campus will provide pre-school to Year 13 (2 to 18 years of age).
Developing on the existing Pun Hlaing school, phase 1 of our new purpose built campus will open to students in 2017. Upon completion of all 3 phases the campus facilities will include a 350-seat black box theatre, science laboratories, art and design studios, libraries, gymnasium, swimming pool and sports fields.
Dulwich College Yangon joins a network of six Colleges across Asia in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Seoul and Singapore, as well as two Dulwich International High Schools in Suzhou and Zhuhai. Our shared ethos is a simple one: our students come first. We believe in inspiring the children of today to become confident global citizens who have the courage and integrity to seize life’s opportunities.
We achieve this through putting equal emphasis on our student’s intellectual and personal development, encouraging them to embark on a journey of discovery to find where their individual skills lie.
